In this podcast, Gary Gunderson speaks with Kevin Barnett about his crucial influence on Stakeholder Health. And the nature of today's movement where separate bodies of work are finding commonality. Kevin Barnett is Senior Investigator at the Public Health Institute; he has led research and fieldwork in hospital community benefit and health workforce diversity for over two decades. Recent work includes a study of community health assessments and implementation strategies for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, a national initiative to align investments by hospitals, other health sector stakeholders, and financial institutions in low-income communities. He works with The Governance Institute and Stakeholder Health to build place-based population health knowledge.
