Fair Market Rents (40th Percentile Rents)

This dataset provides access to data on Fair Market Rents (FMRs), which are used to determine the payment standards for the Housing Choice Voucher program, as well as other rental assistance programs. The website offers FMR data for all states and counties in the United States, including information on the 40th and 50th percentile rents for different unit sizes. Users can access and download the data for free, as well as use interactive tools to visualize and compare FMRs across different areas.
