This report discusses reducing systematic barriers for minorities seeking healthcare for mental health. Taken as a whole, effective policy, practice, and programs aimed at enhancing affirmative mental health outcomes in communities of color will require change on many fronts, from alleviating systemic barriers to addressing the lived experience of those seeking care.
