This bibliography gathers resources that reflect the diversity of uses and application areas of the targeted universalism framework. The resources are almost all applied research and examples of implementation reflecting the principal focus of targeted universalism. These resources provide instruction on the framework and how the framework contributes to efforts to expand the realization of equity and social justice.
