This map ranks America's 50 states to give users an idea of where their state stands in terms of (1) prevalence of mental illness and (2) access to mental and behavioral health care. Data can be explored by state and includes factors such as Any Mental Illness (AMI), Substance Use Disorder in the past year, thoughts of suicide, mental illness without treatment, mental illness with unmet need, and adults who are uninsured or could not see a doctor due to costs.
