This documentary and accompanying article shares the story of four college students who are struggling with meeting basic needs for health and safety. Nearly half of college students experience some form of food insecurity and several are faced with difficult choices, such as paying for college or paying for food and housing. This hunger crisis is expected to be aggravated by the COVID-19 pandemic, since the move to remote campuses leaves many financially struggling students with no place to live or eat.
