This report assesses the potential health impacts of a proposed light rail transit station in Mesa, Arizona. It concludes that the station is likely to have positive health impacts on nearby communities, including increasing physical activity and access to healthy food options. However, potential negative impacts such as increased traffic and air pollution may need to be addressed.
