This report reflects the first steps forward in providing the necessary knowledge, training, and support that would allow practitioners of psychology and those training to practice psychology at Adler University to properly and respectfully engage with Indigenous Peoples. It also examines the current current state of readiness to engage a meaningful transformation at Adler University and seeks to offers guidance on engaging transformations at academic institutions everywhere.
